TItle slide for Graduate Writing Workshops on Wednesday from March 26 to April 9

We will start after Spring Break and meet on Wednesday afternoons 3-4:30 in Snell 175.  I understand that time/day might not work for everyone, so please use the form to let me know if a better day/time works for you!

The three Writing Workshops in Snell 175 from 3 – 4:30 p.m.are the following:

  • Writing with Generative AI on March 29
  • Explaining Figures and Graphs on April 2
  • Writing the Intro/Literature Review on April 9

These workshops are in-person only and will have you doing some writing that you can submit to me.

I would also like to start a Graduate Student Writing Accountability Group. We can do that immediately following the workshop on Wednesdays at 4:30 or on other days or times that work better. Please fill in the same google form to see if we can find that day/time.  Accountability Groups are silent writing with some time management and motivation techniques to shut out all other demands on your time.  They are for 2 hrs with 3 breaks for 5 minutes. If you are writing an article, thesis or dissertation, accountability groups are super useful.

If you have any questions, please use the form, but you may also contact the Director of the Graduate Writing Center Catherine Sajna at csajna@clarkson.edu
