Assistant Bursar (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary: To assist the Bursar with oversight of technical functionality, policy and procedure associated with Student Financials, to meet time sensitive deadlines with accuracy, efficiency and professionalism and to provide optimal customer service to all of Student Financials’ constituents.
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer/Business Systems, or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree with substantial coursework in Accounting, Business, or Computer/Business Systems and at least 5 years of relevant experience, OR High school diploma and at least 10 years of relevant experience in a related field.
Range: $21.40 – $23.50 based on experience

Head Men’s Hockey Equipment Manager (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary: This position will take care of all equipment needs for the hockey programs. The Head Men’s Hockey Equipment Manager reports to the Director of Athletics and is responsible for assisting in planning and coordinating all aspects of the athletic equipment operation, including but not limited to effective maintenance and repair, procurement, budgeting and supervision. The incumbent is also in charge of ordering and inventory of equipment and apparel. This is a 10-month position.
Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Drivers License.
Range: $17.00- $18.07 based on experience

Fire & Life Safety Technician (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary: Install, inspect, maintain, and repair life safety systems, including fire alarm systems and emergency lighting, to ensure they are in proper working order to protect buildings and building occupants and comply with safety codes and regulations.
Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. NICET 1 fire alarm systems certification. Knowledge of electrical codes and fire alarm system standards such as NFPA 72, NEC, and UL 864. 4 years of journeyman equivalent experience as an electrician or related trade. 2-4 years of experience in fire alarm or fire detection systems.
Range: $26.44 – $28.84 based on experience
