September 25th – Conversation Corner ~ (Time: 6 pm -7 pm) (Flyer to come…)
Como Dice el Dicho… Join us for the Conversation Corner for a night of laughter, friendly competition, and a few cultural surprises! We’ll be putting your quick thinking and cultural knowledge to the test with a fun, interactive game. Think saying and phrases with a twist. Come ready to guess, learn, and maybe even teach a saying or two from your own culture.
September 26th – Night Market ~ (Time: 6 pm – 9 pm) Location: Cheel Lawn Firepit (Flyer below)
~ Mark your calendars! Join us for the Night Market hosted by SASE and Access Initiatives – and yes, we’ll be there too! Stop by our table to grab esquites, mangonadas, and tostones with guac, and stick around for a round of lotería. The event will use a token system (each token = $2), so come hungry, bring some friends, and enjoy the fun. We can’t wait to see you there!
October 1st – International Education Week ~ (Time: 11 am – 2 pm) (Flyer to come…)
~ International Education Week is almost here! We’ll be tabling at the International Center. Come hang out with us! Test your geography skills with “What’s That Country”, get creative painting tote bags, and join a fun round of lotería. Don’t miss out on the games, crafts, and global vibes!
October 6th – Salsa con Salsa (Salsa Workshop) (Time: 4:30 pm – 6 pm ) (Flyer to come…)
~ Join us for a lively event hosted by the Office of Access Initiatives. Come learn some smooth salsa dance moves in our workshop, then refuel with chips and salsa on the side. Don’t miss the rhythm, the snacks, and the fun. See you there!
Lego Raffle Fundraiser
We’re kicking off a Lego Raffle where a few lucky winners will score awesome Lego sets! Tickets are just $2 each or 3 tickets for $5. The raffle starts today and will be running through October 30th!! Don’t miss your chance to snag a set and support a great cause! Grab your tickets and secure your win!!!
