Weight Training 101 Starting May 28th

Weight Training 101- So you want to start a strength training routine? You’ve heard that among other excellent advantages, lifting weights is a great way to reduce body fat, increase bone density, lower your risk for heart disease and decrease your blood pressure and cholesterol levels; only you’re unsure about exactly where to start?

If so, Weight Training 101 is the class for you. Demonstrating proper exercise form and instruction, we will guide you through a routine that is both easy-to-follow and effective.

4 week class beginning May 28th

Tuesday 11:10-11:40 AM

Location: Back room of the Fitness Center

Fee $25 Class size limited to 18 people.

Payment is due to Marjorie Meashaw by May 24th

Please bring a change of clean athletic shoes and a water bottle.
