Flex-ABLE
Everyone should stretch daily, however most people don’t stretch at all, and if they do, they don’t understand how to stretch properly and they don’t hold their stretches long enough.
Flex-ABLE will take you through a sequence of progressive stretching techniques that result in deeper stretches that lengthen and elongate the muscles.
