Please join us to provide input for potential projects for the campus sustainability fund. Come and leave at any point during the three hour session. Little stations will be set up around the MPRs where you can learn about the projects we are considering. We would like input from the community on which projects are greater priorities. We have a limited budget of $25,000 to put into sustainability projects for our natural spaces.

Potential projects include:

  • Improved signage and maps for Clarkson forest and Munter trail
  • A forest inventory and management plan
  • Beautify the Clarkson forest trail head
  • Developing a management structure for the Clarkson forest
  • Restore the “brownspot” on the Munter trail
  • Establish no-mow or low-mow zones
  • Mountain bike trail design and risk management
  • Fix the Clarkson forest trail bridge
  • An Adirondack lean-to in the Clarkson forest

There will be stakeholders available to introduce you to the details of the various projects and to explain the process for providing input.
