Clarkson’s Office of Information Technology shares that Clarkson’s VPN client has changed from CISCO to FortiClient. This means students, faculty and staff using the CISCO client must switch to FortiClient. To switch, you will complete a one-time install to set up FortiClient on each device. This means all access to Voicethread services and any Voicethread files through a clarkson.edu account will no longer be available starting January 1, 2025; including for administrators, teachers and students.
