Clean out food and beverage containers before recycling them
The Institute of Sustainability conducted a recycling audit on February 4th using recycling waste from Moore House and Hamlin/Powers. Several containers with food still in them were found. Any food or beverage containers not cleaned out properly before being recycled is considered contamination. The Institute of Sustainability conducted a recycling audit on February 4th using recycling waste from Moore House and Hamlin/Powers.
