Graduate Students in Potsdam Undergrad Students

In this workshop, participants will have an opportunity to identify user needs in complex, open-ended problems while learning valuable tools applicable to all disciplines. Using Design Thinking Frameworks from IBM, participants will map out the current experiences of students during academic advising and identify pain points. Attendees will then translate these pain points into need statements that can be addressed in the solution.
