In this masterclass, attendees will learn what makes an innovative mind, and how diverse and inclusive teams empower these minds to solve complex or multidimensional problems. Attendees will walk away with the ability to foster the innovation mindset in their current teams, and the ability to build innovative teams from the ground up through a holistic “value-add” process.
