Carmen was recognized by her peers with the following: “Carmen works closely with Graduate students and program faculty/administrators with great diligence and compassion. Students recognize her as a light they can go to in good times and bad. Always willing to step up and contribute to helping the other graduate coordinators whether it’s covering for someone when they’re out, training new staff or documenting existing processes. She is open to any new idea that might help benefit our campus community for the students and employees. When asked to lend a hand she is always ready to assist as needed.”
