New Marketing Intranet Page and Web Procedures

NEW MARKETING INTRANET PAGE

The Marketing and External Relations department is happy to announce a new intranet page, aptly titled “Marketing,” to give information for faculty and staff on how to utilize the marketing department’s many services. Check it out at intranet.clarkson.edu/administrative/marketing.

On this page, you’ll find information on which employee in the department handles which projects and also how to request:

  • a marketing project (news release, photography and videography, print materials, social media marketing, etc.) by filling out our Marketing Request Form.
  • changes to your external facing website on Clarkson.edu.
  • a campus announcement or to send out your own through our listservs.

NEW WEB CONTENT TICKETING SYSTEM

The marketing department’s web content team is now using Helpdesk for all web changes to Clarkson.edu (external facing site) instead of Zendesk. This will help streamline the process of tickets that require both OIT and Marketing support. 

To request a change to your external facing Clarkson.edu webpage, simply email websupport@clarkson.edu. Remember, these are content-related changes (text, photos, videos, links, documents, etc). and not technical changes (404 errors, “page not found,” etc.). Technical errors can be sent directly to helpdesk@clarkson.edu
