Clarkson Ignite is inviting proposals from faculty, staff, and students for new equipment and supplies to be purchased for the newly opened Dorf Makerspace in the Innovation Hub. Equipment proposals up to a maximum of $25,000 will be considered in this round of proposals, please complete the form located here: https://forms.gle/sHtsuGg3fGnFUKSu6 by July 31 to receive full consideration.
For reference, the space is currently equipped with six 3D Printers, a 3D scanner, soldering stations, a 2D digitizing table, a handheld CNC machine, Silhouette Cameo, AxiDraw, Laminator, four complete Metric A Snap-on tool kits, and a variety of smaller tools to support making activities. The Dorf Makerspace is located on the first floor of the ERC.
