Attention All Residents

Upon move-in, please look around your room, take pictures of any areas of concern and post a work request for those concerns.  We will use this information to ensure we do not charge you for issues that pre-existed your move-in.  This is your way to prevent erroneous room damage charges to your account. 

Safety issues will be addressed immediately.  Urgent issues will be addressed as soon as possible.  Cosmetic issues may not be addressed until you move out so as to not disrupt your living arrangement unnecessarily.

Enter work requests using your desktop or mobile device, and, you can add photos.  Choose the building, floor, room, and Residential RCR from the drop-down lists.

Room Condition Reports due October 1, 2019.

Other helpful hints:

·         Post a work request whenever you need assistance from Maintenance (plumbing, electricity, carpentry, HVAC) or Custodians (cleaning, lighting, clogs).

·         Post your own work requests, do not expect your RA, RD or Custodian to do it for you.

·         See How Tos on our website, for how to communicate laundry issues and how to control the heat in your residential space.

·         Keep any unwanted University furniture in your room so that you don’t get charged when it comes up missing at the end of the year.
