With the single-digit temperatures expected tonight, please check all windows and make sure they are closed. Cold air can “fall” from your open window into the heater and cause the pipes to freeze and potentially break, sending water into your or someone else’s living space. This can happen even if the room doesn’t feel that cold.
Nobody wants to wake up to a flooded room so please take a few moments to check your windows. Thank you for your help in preventing an avoidable disaster.
