Hi Everyone,
In the United States, Thanksgiving has been an important holiday for gathering with friends and family, eating good food, and remembering the things we’re thankful for in our lives.
Global InterVarsity is hosting our annual free International Thanksgiving dinner to give the international and college communities a chance to gather together, provide good food, and reflect on what we’re thankful for. You will learn about opportunities to build new and deeper friendships. You are invited to share why you are thankful around the table of delicious food and vibrant community life.
The dinner is Saturday, November 23 at 5:00 – 8 pm, at the Potsdam Church of the Nazarene (11 NY-72, Potsdam, NY 13676).
All are welcome! Come and bring your friends. We will serve a traditional United States Thanksgiving meal with turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, pies, etc.
We also encourage out friends and guests to bring an ethnic or International dish to share if they’re able.
