In partnership with the Graduate School of Education at Harvard University and their program, The Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE), CU will be launching the COACHE Job Satisfaction survey to full-time faculty members during the week of February 17, 2020.
This survey is being administered to gauge faculty satisfaction at Clarkson University, in the areas of teaching, service, and research; tenure and promotion processes; and other known drivers of faculty satisfaction. The COACHE survey provides a unique perspective as it is strictly geared towards the faculty experience.
The data from this survey will be analyzed and used strategically to make the necessary changes on our campus to better serve our faculty members. Participation in this survey is highly encouraged and will be important in fostering an atmosphere at Clarkson University where our faculty’s voices are valued.
