Realizing that some on-going operations require a steady supply of consumable resources (ie specific gases to maintain research projects, office supplies, etc.) while bearing in mind current University protocols to eliminate campus visitors, all employees are encouraged to plan in advance for consumables replenishment. As all are aware, supply chains may be significantly hindered at this time.
We ask that departments be prudent in their spending while also balancing the need to maintain necessary levels of supplies. Please coordinate purchases in excess of $1,500 with Associate Purchasing Agent Cinda Boyce (cboyce@clarkson.edu) and continue to utilize the One Card for purchases under $1,500.
