Important Student Mailroom Information

For students authorized to stay on campus:  You can continue to receive your mail and packages at the Student Mailroom.  The window will be open Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.

For all other students:  Prior to March 23, the Student Mailroom received and held all student mail and packages in anticipation of students’ return to campus.  Those items have since been forwarded to students, at the expense of the University, using the forwarding address already provided by students.

As of last week, the Student Mailroom is no longer accepting or holding student mail and packages. 

·         All first class United States Postal Service mail and packages are automatically being forwarded using the forwarding address we have on file.

o   International exceptions:  Packages arriving from out of the U.S. can be forwarded to areas around the U.S.  Packages arriving from out of the U.S. can be forwarded to areas outside the U.S.  Packages arriving from areas within the U.S. cannot be forwarded to areas outside the U.S due to customs regulations.

·         As per FedEx and UPS policy, all parcels sent via these methods are returned to the sender.

NOTE:  Avoid further issues by remembering to change your default address with the vendors you frequently purchase from, like Amazon!
