Upcoming Enrollment – Summer 2020 Quarter

Enrollment in Summer Quarter 2020 will begin at 9:00AM on Friday, May 8th. Please be advised that not all students will have access to enroll at 9:00AM, students are assigned an enrollment appointment anywhere from 9:00AM to 12:00PM, this will be communicated to the students prior to enrollment. Appointments are spread throughout the day to minimize impact on our servers.
Here’s a brief overview of the process:
– All currently active students have an Advisor Hold on their account, and must meet with an Academic Advisor to have their hold released. Students may not enroll in classes until this is done. Some students may have other holds preventing enrollment, and should be directed to their SAS Rep for assistance in resolving them.
– Students will be notified of the enrollment process today.
– Students may access their Academic Advising Report at any time through myCU (PeopleSoft). This, in conjunction with a discussion with their Advisor, should be used to aid in course selection. Advisors: Overview of the Academic Advisement Report
– Enrollment opens at 9:00AM on Friday, May 8th. Students will have access to enroll in myCU (PeopleSoft) until the end of the day, Monday, May 18th.  Matriculated students not enrolled during that time period will have a hold placed on their account, and will be charged a $50 late enrollment fee. Non-matriculated students will be assumed to not be returning. SAS will send frequent reminders to students, via email.
– If a student is not planning to return, please ask your Graduate Coordinator to complete a Withdrawal Form, and send to the Registrar’s office as soon as possible.
– Non-degree students may take a maximum of 9 credits while in non-degree seeking status. Once a student has taken 9 credits, they must matriculate into a degree or certificate program in order to continue to take courses.
