During the latest strategic planning campus open forum, held May 21, faculty and staff provided feedback on a ‘strawdog’ competitive climate statement, win scenario, and winning strategic goal, all related to Clarkson’s undergraduate experience. The feedback provided by faculty and staff on the call was valuable in preparing revised draft versions of these three statements. Slides, a recording, and the minutes from that meeting along with the original and revised statements were posted to the intranet last week and are available here.
Tomorrow, Thursday, June 4 from 2-3:30, the revised draft statements will be presented and we will take the next step in the process by discussing a set of ‘strawdog’ strategies aimed at delivering on the winning goal.
