CAMP is undergoing a strategic planning process that will provide long-term goals, plans for achieving these goals, and methods for determining the success of these strategies.
Goodarz Ahmadi (MAE) and Anna Marie Dawley (SRS) have joined me as the Strategic Planning Facilitator Team to move the process along. Your input and engagement with the strategic planning process is the most critical component – the outcomes of this process will be entirely directed by all stakeholders in CAMP, such as faculty, and partner companies.
The initial phase of the planning process is a strength/opportunities/weaknesses/threats (SWOT) analysis. Open Forums are schedule (via Zoom) to provide opportunities for input into the SWOT analysis. This first of these will be held at 1pm on Thursday September 24. A second Open Forum will be held Friday October 9 (time TBD). Please join us!
