Campus Closing Information during Winter Break

Dear Families and supporters of Clarkson Students,

As we bring the semester to a close, we want to take this opportunity to thank our Clarkson Community for the dedication and diligence in maintaining a safe community. We are proud of the work and efforts that students put in during this unprecedented semester. A special thanks for your commitment to University policies and protocols.

We’d also like to let you know the University has generously closed University operations from December 14th through January 1st. During this time, Student Affairs and Student Administrative Services (SAS) staff members plan to model wellness by engaging in self-care and reconnecting with our loved ones. We hope you are able to do the same.

Throughout the holiday closure, the Student Affairs staff will monitor and respond to urgent requests.  Staff will respond to your general emails and voicemail upon our return to campus.

Questions regarding Student Affairs or pertaining to students remaining on campus during the break should be directed to studentaffairs@clarkson.edu or by calling 315-268-6461.

SAS will have limited service during the holiday closure, with a focus on high priority tasks. Although response times will be delayed, you may contact SAS at either sas@clarkson.edu or 315-268-6451, which will be monitored periodically throughout the break.

For general inquiries, please call the main campus information line, 315-268-6400 – response times will be delayed during the holiday closure.

Please direct any emergencies to Campus Safety & Security by calling 315-268-6666.

We hope you have a safe and enjoyable winter break, and we look forward to seeing you again in the new year.
