To continue to deliver high quality, reliable voicemail to our Potsdam campus community, the Office of Information Technology has a planned system migration affecting all users of the Potsdam Campus Voicemail system occurring on March 9, 2021.
Once migration is complete, users can expect a similar experience as prior to migration for receiving and managing voicemail messages. Service interruption is not expected, but users will need to act to reset your passcode and custom greeting. Detailed information to follow prior to migration.
Features of new voicemail:
- Users can access their voicemail from their campus telephone, web portal or remotely
- All users will continue to receive voicemails delivered to their Clarkson email.
- Voicemail from archived system will be accessible (for limited time)
In this time before the migration, users are encouraged to note important information contained in your current messages then delete existing messages.
