What: Potsdam campus voicemail to migrate to a new voicemail system on March 9, 2021.
Act: Beginning March 9, all users are asked to reset their voicemail passcode and customer greeting in order to access the new voicemail. (How To: Instructions)
- Once your passcode and greeting are reset, users can access their voicemail from:
- Your campus telephone: press voicemail button (flying envelope icon), # then passcode, follow prompts;
- Web portal;
- Remotely from another telephone (How To: Instructions)
- All users will continue to receive voicemails delivered to their Clarkson email.
- Voicemail received prior to March 9, 2021 can be retrieved by dialing the archived system (limited time only). (How To: Instructions)
