SSC Friday Workshop Program 

SSC staff and students aspire to promote the program by incorporating the Friday Workshop program into the Virtual Study Session. In doing so, staff guest speakers will be invited to the session and workshop topics are designed to satisfy all students’ needs.  There are thousands of studies that have shown that mindfulness meditation can positively impact mental and physical health — whether it’s by reducing stress, improving sleep, increasing focus, or improving relationships, research shows mindfulness works.  This Friday evening, we invite you to learn about the benefits of meditation in our Friday Workshop Program.
