CU Student Association Fall Elections

Hello everyone!

The Clarkson University Student Association (CUSA) is starting election processes this week! We currently have 6 open senate positions for the class of 20253 senate vacancies for the class of 2024, and 1 open spot for a representative for The Clarkson School.

As part of the undergraduate student government, CUSA senators are responsible for voicing the concerns of their peers during our weekly meetings on Mondays at 7 PM. They are also asked to either take on a project of their choosing or to serve on at least one of our four subcommittees. These committees include the Student Life Committee, which plans student events; the Student Engagement Committee, which bridges the senate to the student body; the Academics and Policy Committee, which oversees A/P violations and club constitutions; and the Finance Committee, which manages club budgets.

If you would like to be the voice of your cohort, please consider running in the upcoming elections! Election packets and Application forms will be released today, 9/6/21, at 8:00 PM on Knightlife. Please fill out and submit the form on knightlife and return the signed election packet to the Student Org Suite in the Student Center to get your name included on the ballot. Further directions for accessing this packet/form, as well as the full election schedule, can be found on the attachment(s) below.

Please email the Academics and Policy Committee, at academicsandpolicy@clarkson.edu, with any questions.

Good luck,

Your CUSA Eboard
