Be a part of Clarkson History by submitting your ideas for Clarkson’s Signature Dish. In November, members of the Sophomore Class can sign up to submit recipes for a special dish which you think should be a staple in Clarkson Dining.
Groups who make submissions should:
- Be no more than 4 people in side
- Can be any category such as: a burger, a sandwich, salad, breakfast sandwich, dessert, pasta, burrito, nachos, etc.
- Have a catchy and appropriate name
- Include prices for the products used (this is important in determining the ability to mass create the product here on campus at reasonable pricing)
- Clear/detailed steps on how to prepare the dish
Submissions will be reviewed by a Dining Panel, and the top 8 submissions will have the chance to cook their submission for a panel of Judges.
The Judges will narrow the meals down to the top two which will be voted on by the student body through a special cook night in RoBro by the Sodexo team.
