2021-2022 Performance Evaluations

The 2021-2022 Annual Performance Evaluation Process is now open.

The annual performance review season for all Clarkson staff employees has begun. Performance reviews are an opportunity for staff and supervisors to step back from the day-to-day tasks to review past accomplishments and set clear goals for the future. This process is an essential part of the work experience and gives all of us a role in our job satisfaction and career development.

Ideally, employees and their managers/supervisors discuss performance and career development throughout the year, and the evaluation process simply captures employees’ progress. People are at the core of Clarkson University, the ultimate goal is that, at the end of the process, each employee will know where she or he stands and will receive guidance toward future success. It is also an opportunity to celebrate accomplishments and think about how we can develop professionally

Following is the timeline for the performance review process. January 13, 2022, is a hard deadline for Human Resources to receive preliminary performance ratings for all staff. Please continue to use the electronic evaluation form. It can be accessed in PeopleSoft HR 9.2 under Navigator – Self Service – CU Employee Evaluation – Employee Evaluation Form.

TIMELINE:

Staff Evaluations · December 1- December 14, 2021. Self-assessments can be submitted anytime within this timeframe. (PeopleSoft HR 9.2 under Navigator – Self Service – CU Employee Evaluation – Employee Evaluation Form)

Manager Reviews with employees: All reviews with managers must be completed and submitted no later than January 13, 2022

All written performance appraisals are due to Human Resources by January 13, 2022.
