To give Village/Town plows more time to clear roadways and our facilities team more time to clear parking lots and sidewalks, classes scheduled before 10am are cancelled this morning.
If your morning class has been cancelled and/or if you have classes after 10am and will be cancelling class, please refer to below and connect with your students as appropriate.

By now you have probably seen the announcement that non-essential staff may be delayed in their arrival to campus today.
Inclement weather may lead to a delayed start or early dismissal for non-essential staff. Regardless of this provision for non-essential staff, classes are not cancelled or impacted.
Cancelling an individual class is up to the professor. In the event that a professor cancels class, students are to be given reasonable notice and arrangements have to be made for loss in instructional time. Faculty are strongly encouraged to use Moodle to support student learning when a class has been canceled so that forward momentum in the class can be maintained.
