If you would like a final exam scheduled during exam week, please make sure you sign up now! Final exam room reservations are only made if you opt-in before February 9th (or Jan 30th for Winter Quarter). Log into mycu.clarkson.edu and navigate to your Faculty Center. On the Final Exam Signup tab, mark the check-box next to each of your courses that require a formal final exam scheduled by the Registrar’s office. You may use the comments box to indicate if you need a specific room in which to conduct your exam. No other special requests are guaranteed.
Deadlines for submitting final exam scheduling requests:
Winter Quarter 2022: Sunday, January 30th
Spring Semester 2022: Wednesday, February 9th
Remember: All courses must offer a final exam during exam week, unless the course culminates in a final project, presentation, or other structured learning component (CU Policy III-H). In accordance with CU Policy II-D, the final requirement of such courses should occur during the regular final examination period, and shall be comparable to a final exam.
Final exam/project dates:
Winter Quarter 2022: March 14-18 (Mon-Fri)
Spring Semester 2022: May 4-6 (Wed-Fri), and May 9-10 (Mon-Tues)

Process:
- Exams will only be scheduled for courses where faculty opt into an exam.
- Exams will follow all COVID-19 protocols in place at the time of the exam
- All exams will be scheduled in predetermined time blocks.
- You will be able to review a draft exam schedule and request changes prior to the scheduling being published for students.
