A collaboration between the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Office, the Career Center, BLAC (Black Leaders Advocating for Change), and NSBE (National Society of Black Engineers) to provide employers with access to diverse talent and to support BIPOC students in their networking with our recruiters. Cyntonia Miller (CEO of Black on The Job) will provide a 30-minute professional development workshop for employers and students on ways they can better recruit and retain diverse talent. Afterward, we will open the forum up for students’ questions about the companies in attendance (ie: work atmosphere, vacation culture, recruitment practices, professional development, and mentorship offered to diverse candidates, etc).
