VPN Login Update

The Office of Information Technology is informing the University community of an update which is part of Clarkson’s ongoing efforts to improve information security. 

This Month:

Community members who access Clarkson’s network via VPN connection service from a laptop, tablet or mobile device, will note a minor update in their login experience. 

When you connect through the VPN client, you will login via CAS and answer a Duo multi-factor authentication prompt. You will use the same VPN client; no new downloads and no new web addresses are required with this update.

These login steps are the same as those used for Peoplesoft, Moodle and more than 100 other University systems. This update is part of Clarkson’s ongoing efforts to improve information security.
