Many of us have been concerned about a friend, colleague or student but weren’t sure what to do. Mental Health First Aid workshops are designed to increase the confidence in identifying and supporting people who may be having mental health or substance abuse challenges and helping them to connect with appropriate resources. Our next Mental Health First Aid workshop is scheduled for Thursday, February 24 from 9:00a to 4:30p. Please note this is the first day of February break. The cost for faculty or staff is $45. The workshop is free to students.
All participants will need to complete a 2 hour self-study course prior to the day of the workshop and must attend the entire workshop to receive a certificate of completion.
