Gypsy Moth Scraping Volunteer Opportunity

The Spongy moth, formerly known as the gypsy moth, is an invasive species that will cause mass defoliation. To help limit the extent to which defoliation occurs in the Clarkson Woods, the ISE is asking you to come out on Friday, March 25th at 4:30pm to help scrape their egg masses off of the trees. We will be meeting outside of the ADK Lodge. Also, if you have an extra butter knife and cup/ mug/ bowl/  bucket, please bring those to help scrape! (Not required, but a great help!)
