Dear faculty & staff,
Move-in Days are Thursday 8/25 & Friday, 8/26, and the Office of Student Life needs your help!
Roles will include helping to direct student volunteers in the unloading zones at the Quad and accompanying/guiding new students and their families between the Quad and the Student Center. If you sign up, you will receive a brief training document in advance of Move In Days so you’ll be completely prepared to assist. We will contact you with your finalized specific assignment one week prior to move-in.
Shifts are from 9am-1:15pm and 1pm-5pm on Thursday 8/25 and 9am-12:15pm and 12pm-3pm on Friday 8/26. Please feel free to sign up for more than one shift. If you choose to sign up for a full day you will be provided a lunch break.
