Video Series on Food Waste created by the ISE

As part of the Potsdam Community Food Waste: Education, Engagement and Planning project, led by Clarkson University’s Institute for a Sustainable Environment and funded by the New York Pollution Prevention Institute, a three part video series was created. To share the basic concepts and opportunities to increase food waste recovery (donation of edible food) and recycling (compost and anaerobic digestion) in our area.
