Clarkson University Instructor Patricia Perrier Receives Outstanding Teaching Award

Clarkson University Instructor Patricia Perrier has received the Clarkson University Student Association (CUSA) Outstanding Teaching Award. She is the Director of Operations for the David D. Reh School of Business, overseeing scheduling, course offerings, and other operational issues as well as overseeing professional experience requirements for business students, managing Global Business Program trip programs for both undergraduate and MBA student programs, and overseeing marketing and recruitment efforts and programs within the Reh School. 

The CUSA Outstanding Teaching Award was established in 1991 by the Student Association to recognize outstanding teaching and contributions to education at Clarkson University.

In addition, Perrier teaches adjunct courses in Marketing Research, Consumer Behavior, Global Business Strategies and other Marketing areas and has led several student groups in independent study hands-on and applied projects in marketing.  For example, her recent group projects included overseeing the Reh School’s recruiting efforts for the recently held accepted student open-house events, managing and overseeing the social media campaign for the Reh School, and our applicant outreach programs. 

An experienced educator and director, Patricia has nearly two decades of experience in higher education at Clarkson ranging from her work in undergraduate international admissions, to her work as a recruiter for the MBA program, to her recent work as Operations Director.  Last year, Patricia received a Commendable Service Award as well as the Commendable Leadership from Phalanx. 

Patricia received her Bachelor’s and MBA degrees from Clarkson.
