The Institute for a Sustainable Environment is partnering with the Alumni office and Events staff to improve solid waste management at events. Changing the culture takes work and a lot of conversation! Thus, we are looking for faculty, staff and student volunteers to help at the Waste Management Stations during the Alumni Reunion (July 14-16)
The tasks for the volunteers are simple:
– Help people sort waste and to understand why this is important (we will provide details);
– Be aware of when a trash bin is full;
– Make sure the waste is being properly sorted 🙂

After registration, details will be communicated for your event. If you choose a day and time but can’t stay the whole time, reach out to our coordinator (Maeva – teixeim@clarkson.edu).
Volunteers can eat at the event and will receive a small gift from ISE.
