Jiaqi Yang has been appointed assistant professor of mathematics at Clarkson University.
She received her Ph.D. in mathematics from Georgia Institute of Technology and her bachelor of science in mathematics from Jilin University.
Yang’s research interests are in dynamical systems, functional differential equations, partial differential equations, and computer-assisted proofs.
She has co-published in academic journals, including Journal of Differential Equations, SIAM Journal on Mathematical Analysis, and SIAM Journal on Applied Dynamical Systems. She also serves as a reviewer for several academic journals.
Yang previously served as a postdoctoral fellow at Brown University’s Institute for Computational and Experimental Research in Mathematics.
