Starting Thursday evening, October 13, we will have a large number of University visitors on campus coming in for board and leadership council meetings and Presidential Inauguration celebrations through Saturday, October 15. We hope you will all give a great Clarkson welcome to these alumni and friends of the University who are dedicated to supporting the institution and its teaching, scholarship, research and innovation mission as well as our Golden Knights clubs and athletic teams.
For Thursday evening starting at 5pm, we are asking all current campus members to vacate the small parking lot between Bertrand H. Snell Hall and Woodstock Lodge through Friday 5pm.
On Friday, October 14 during the day, we are reserving for guests the first two rows of the Moore House Lot, the small lot between Bertrand H. Snell Hall and Woodstock Lodge and a small number of spaces near the Adirondack Lodge.
On Friday evening, we are asking all campus members to clear the lower Cheel Lot by 4pm and leaving this for external inauguration guests through Saturday at 4pm.
University faculty, staff and students who normally use these lots are asked to please use alternative parking.
