Perceived Risk of UV-Related Skin Cancer in Northern NY

If you are willing, please take a moment to fill out the attached survey for our Physician Assistant Masters Research Project. We would greatly appreciate it.

You are being asked to fill out a survey for our Physician Assistant Masters Research project, “Perceived Risk of UV-Related Skin Cancer in Northern New York.” IRB study number 23-12.

The goal of this study is to compare the risk perceptions of UV-related skin cancer in Northern NY to other geographical locations. The attached survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Survey questions will assess your perceptions of UV risk, perceptions of skin cancer risk, and sun-protection habits. No identifiable information will be gathered or is necessary for our research. Participation in our survey is voluntary but greatly appreciated.
