Ken is the president and founder of Boundless Breakthroughs LLC, an early-stage company providing innovative material handling and cargo management products. In addition, he is the President & Chief Operating Officer of DMAX Plasma Inc., an early-stage company focused on PFAS remediation from our global environment. Prior, Ken was senior vice president of global operations and business systems for Pall Corp., a global leader in filtration, purification, and separation solutions, where he was responsible for global manufacturing, product engineering, information technology and supply chain and served as chief customer satisfaction officer. In 2015, Pall was sold to Danaher Corp. Prior to joining Pall Corp, Ken was a founder and principal in the WaxWing Group, a global business development, technology and process improvement advisory firm.

Earlier in his career, Ken served more than 20 years at Cooper Industries PLC, now part of Eaton Corp., a global power management and electrical products manufacturer. Beginning his tenure in Cooper’s manufacturing trainee program, his early career included positions in operations and supply chain, engineering, and sales and marketing. Executive leadership positions at Cooper also included responsibility for their business systems and technology infrastructure as chief information officer, and later president of Cooper Notification, a safety and security business.

Ken is a 1985 graduate of Clarkson University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.  He resides with his wife Kathy in Sherrills Ford, NC and is the proud father of three grown children.
