Clarkson has been made aware that one of its vendors, AudienceView, which manages event ticketing for Cheel Arena, has had a reported cybersecurity breach.
While details of that breach are still unclear, we have seen reports that some Clarkson University Tickets customers have received notices from AudienceView regarding the incident. These notices explain the incident, the data impacted and may offer credit monitoring and restoration services.
While none of Clarkson’s systems or networks were affected by the incident, Clarkson does recommend that anyone who receives such a notice carefully review its contents and take follow up action as you see fit.
