The Teaching & Learning Corner is kindly seeking faculty support. As we update to the newest version of Moodle, we ask faculty who are teaching this Fall to take the following steps before summer begins. By taking these few steps now, you help to prevent delays in the weeks leading up to the Fall term.
If you are teaching a Fall 2023 course, please complete these two-steps:
- From your Peoplesoft Faculty Center, request your Fall 2023 Moodle course(s) now.
- Next, please respond to the RT email that will follow to tell us which specific course you wish to import from the prior term in Moodle.
If you’ve already completed step #1 and #2 from above for the Fall term – thank you! No further action is requested at this time.
That’s it! We will be working through the Summer to import your courses into Moodle 4 and you will receive an update when things are ready for you to proceed.

Moodle Meet Ups – Each Thursday Morning this Summer 2023
- Have questions? Need help? Want updates? Then drop in anytime to these LIVE Zoom Sessions each Thursday morning, 9:00 am -10:00 am EST (May-Aug).
- TLC team members will provide general information shares, Q&A and one-on-one support time in break out rooms as needed.
- We aim to make these sessions a helpful resource throughout the summer to help with preparations for the coming Fall terms.
