Recent wildfires in Quebec are causing a haze across much of the Northeast. New York Governor Kathy Hochul issued a release yesterday afternoon with the Department of Health and Department of Environmental Conservation with information for all New Yorkers. New York State’s Air Quality Hotline, 1-800-535-1345 provides timely updates as well as on the DEC Website.
Clarkson continues to monitor the air quality in the region using AirNow.gov. Over the last 12 hours we continue to see an improvement in air quality.
