Friendly Reminder,
The year-end performance self-evaluations are due today. If you haven’t submitted yours yet, please do so as soon as possible.
The deadlines for the full performance review process are as follows:
- July 14, 2023: Deadline for employees’ self-evaluation. All eligible employees should have completed and submitted their self-evaluation performance review form to their managers.
- August 7, 2023: Deadline for managers to review the self-evaluation forms of their subordinates.
- August 11, 2023: This is a hard deadline for Human Resources to receive preliminary performance ratings.
Remember, it is important that you complete and submit your self-evaluation forms on time.
