Welcome to Fall Semester 2023. Below is the schedule for the hours at the Student Center Mailroom. Packages will be available for pick up this year at the Student Center Mailroom located on the basement level of the Student Center. This is a change in location from last year’s package distribution center.
FIRST YEAR AND TRANSFER STUDENTS: You may pick up your mailbox key on the first level of the Student Center on 8/25 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.. If you are unable to pick up your key during this time, please stop in at the Student Center Mailroom during regular business hours.
Hours of Operation:
Mailroom Services hours. These include the following offerings: Registered, Express, Certified and COD Mail, Money Orders, stamps and stamped envelopes.
Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Closed Saturdays
Packages are available during regular business hours. In addition, the window will remain open to distribute packages during the times listed below:
Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays: until 7 p.m.
Wednesdays & Fridays: until 4 p.m.
Saturdays: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., beginning 9/16*
*Saturday hours will begin 9/16/23 and will not be available during holidays and breaks.
Please note that we will be extending hours of package pickup for the first two weeks (8/28-9/8) to allow for the increase of packages we receive at the start of each semester. The hours will be Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. and closed on Saturdays.
