Participants Needed for Vestibular and Balance Study

The PT school is looking for participants for this study. Dr. Appiah’s Vestibular and Balance Research Lab in room 3102 Clarkson Hall at the Downtown Campus is looking to get more participants for his Vestibular and Balance Study that uses virtual reality training.

Participants would be needed for 10 sessions ranging from as little as 30 minutes to around a little over an hour for about two weeks. Participants are asked to perform balance training tests on various standard clinical balance equipment including the virtual reality oculus!

Once the training and assessments are completed the participant will receive a $50 amazon gift card for their participation.

If you have not had a bone injury or vertigo and issues with balance diagnoses in the past 6 months and are between the ages of 18 and 35 you are eligible to participate.
