Position Summary Guidelines: THE PSYCHOLOGY DEPARTMENT AT CLARKSON UNIVERSITY invites applications for a 3-year visiting assistant professor position in the area of health psychology. The position starts August, 2024. Responsibilities involve teaching 3 courses per semester, including Introduction to Psychology, Health Psychology, and courses in their area of expertise. The ability to teach upper-division coursework thematically falling into the areas of health care, health science, health outcomes across the lifespan, or child and adolescent mental health would be welcome, but not necessary.
Minimum qualifications: Ph.D. in Psychology –All Ph.D. requirements should be completed by the time work commences

Slate IT Analyst (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary: This position serves as the primary technical liaison with the functional Slate users to facilitate/recommend/advocate/lead in the implementation of new processes as well as the development of future related technological tools and systems. This position will support data collection and conduct reporting. The ideal candidate will manage projects and work on systems and processes with key functional users.
Minimum qualifications Associates’ degree in an IT related field or three (3) years of experience in a related field. Knowledge and technical proficiency in SQL. Interface programming languages, applications, tools and utilities.
Range: $63,000- $74,000 salary based on experience19.00- $23.00 salary based on experience

Learning Management System Administrator (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary: This grant funded role will serve as the Learning Management System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Moodle LMS to support the educational and training needs of our organization. You will work closely with the IT team, instructional designers, and educators to ensure that the LMS effectively supports course delivery, user experience, and data management. This position requires in-depth expertise in Moodle administration and Linux server management. The System Administrator reports to the Director of Network Services and Information Security.
Minimum qualifications Completion of secondary education (high school) or equivalent. Five to seven years of system administration.
Range: $89,500- $98,000 salary based on experience

Laboratory Manager (Potsdam, NY)
Position Summary: Provide administrative and lab support for all activities of the PI and research group, including purchasing, expense reconciliation, staffing, staff/student training of pilot system operation, maintenance of pilot anaerobic digesters.
Minimum qualifications B.S. Degree in Environmental Engineering or related fields. Basic understanding of the university based research lab, mechanical and electrical skills to operate pumps and biological reactors.
Range: $50,000 salary based on experience
